Introduction

Google Classroom now has the ability to sync grades with Skyward. We have configured Google and Skyward to make this possible. Google Classroom must be setup in each Class to make this process work. Below are the requirements to make this process work.

To use grade export with Skyward:

  1. All assignments must have a due date within the SIS grading period.

  2. Assignment titles and their due dates must be unique in a class to avoid duplicates.

  3. Instructors must have returned grades on the Classroom Grades page.

  4. Linking existing Classroom classes to classes in the SIS relies on the email address field for students. Valid G Suite for Education email addresses are required and must match the email addresses in the SIS.
