MacPrint Update

MacPrint 22.1

We have added the print queue MacPrint 22.1 that will show up on staff Apple computers. This new print queue resolves the issue of automatic stapling when printing from Apple computers. We are also added a version number, 22.1, to the the name in case we update this in the future. If we update the settings, we will also update the version number. We are also investigating if you can customize print settings such as single/double sided and stapling from the Mac which is much easier to manage than trying to do if from the copy machine.

Printing from Google Chrome and A4

There has also been issues with pages printing from Google Chrome in the A4 paper size which may cause you to have to select the paper size before it will print. You can resolve this by going to the three stacked dots in the top righthand corner of Google Chrome, then click on print. When you get to the print screen select More settings, then change your paper size to Letter. It should remember it when printing future items from Google Chrome.
