The district uses Mitel phones for communication. You will be provided with a phone extension and voicemail code from the technology department. Below are instructions on how to use a few of the phone features.
press the voicemail button
press the first soft button (now labeled "Call VM")
enter voicemail password followed by # (as per instructed)
press 7 (as per instructed)
press 1 (as per instructed)
press # after recording personal greeting (as per instructed)
press 1 to review or press # to finalize (as per instructed)
Press Directory button
Using the number pad, type the first or last name of user you would like to call
Use the up and down buttons to highlight the person/extension you would like to call
Press the button that is under Dial on the screen
