Staff members may be having issues streaming videos from NetFlix, Amazon or Disney through the browser on their MacBook. The result may be a black browser window with audio, but no video. The cause of this is a protocol called HDCP. You can read a little more about this below. The solution for now is to download the service app and AirPlay on your iPad or login to the service on your Apple TV. You may also be able to play a DVD using an external USB drive. This is nothing we control, but copyright restrictions put in place by streaming services.
